Shipping Policy

• It is our sincere endeavour to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We normally deliver orders in between 5 to 7 working days. However, estimated delivery time depends on

  • Product’s availability

  • Quantity of Order

  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to

  • Shipping charges and time vary based on the order size and location of delivery. However, the same will be displayed at the time of placing the order for Cash on Delivery Orders we charge Rs. 50 for single order.

• On the confirmation of the order placed, an email and SMS will be sent on your registered email id and mobile number giving shipment details.

• AROGIVA  using major courier partners like Delhiver,  BlueDart, DTDC, , GATI, FedEx, Ecom Express & Indian Post to ship parcel within India.

• For Shipping information, Customer has to check within dashboard, Email and SMS for courier name, tracking number and live tracking of parcel.

• AROGIVA reserves the right to refuse confirmed orders that are approved by the customer but where payment status is still pending.

• Eligible shipping speeds and their charges are displayed based on the item(s) in your cart and the delivery address
